Public Hearing
The public is encouraged to attend and comment on a Hearing Agenda topic, 2 min per speaker. 
All items listed below were presented and discussed at their appropriate committee. You can watch the meetings and see presentations on our YouTube Channel. Drafts of Resolutions to be voted on at the Full Board meeting will be posted on our website 24 hours prior to the meeting.

• 25 W 18th St., an application to restore 5 facade bays on the first and mezzanine floors.  The work includes a new automatic revolving entry door, restoring glass to covered windows, replacing storefront windows in kind and new signage. (video)
