Public Hearing 
The public is encouraged to attend and comment on a Hearing Agenda topic, 2 min per speaker.

• Gramercy Park House LLC request for a parking regulation change to establish a hotel loading zone at 16 East 16^th Street
• 16 E 16^th St., an application within the Ladies Mile Historic District for a second sidewalk canopy for the restaurant, The Twenty Two, to match the Hotel Entrance Canopy. (video)
• 284 5th Ave, an application for signage and window replacement. (video)
• 768 5th Ave, Plaza Hotel and Residences, an application for a restoration project with Canopy and Lobby renovations. (video)
• 350 Park Avenue, a ULURP application for certifications to transfer development rights from landmarks to qualifying sites, a special permit for a public concourse bonus, and a special permit for qualifying site waivers to facilitate a new commercial office development. (video)
• 383 Madison Avenue, JPMorgan Chase, seeks a minor modification to a previously granted special permit (C980682ZSM) to facilitate the reconfiguration of the ground floor of the commercial building. (video)
